The CPT led Design-Build team is underway with building construction to house the new 10 MW Emergency Power Generation System for the New York Power Authority and New York State Office of General Services. The new building will house 10 MW of Diesel Emergency Generators with state-of-the-art emissions control technology and a power monitoring and control (PMAC) systems. The new plant will be located at the former Albany New York Solid Waste Energy Recovery System (ANSWERS) plant on Sheridan Avenue. Bette & Cring Construction Group is the Construction Manager for this project. CPT is providing design assistance, technical oversite and commissioning coordination at every step of this Design-Build project.
